CSOP Asset Management launched the first Saudi ETF in Asia on the Hong Kong Exchange on 11/29/2023. The fund will track the performance of the FTSE Saudi Arabia Index, which has 56 public companies in it. The ETF already amassed $1 Billion in AUM due to an anchor investment by the Saudi Soverign Wealth Fund PIF.
In the US, the iShares MSCI Saudi Arabia ETF has been listed since 2015 and currently has $727 million in assets.
Both ETFs can use a better domain name to solidify their status as THE Saudi ETF.
